That\u2019s a joke with my last name, as \u201cMira\u201d in Portuguese (my native language, as I\u2019m Brazilian) means target, aiming something, be in focus, have a sharp look. And these are some of the elements that I want to exchange with you around our dialogue here.<\/p>\n

I always believed that we are accountable for the choices we make and therefore we need to find a way to find happiness with those personal, professional, family, social choices that pave our path along the way. Until now I think I scored than missed and am very grateful for that. By facing the different challenges in life I had the chance to meet real \u201cexperts\u201d to help me go through. Many became good friends for life! With them I learned how to admire other people, how to challenge back and exchange life experiences.<\/p>\n

Find balance is the biggest challenge of a multitask life, but also it\u00b4s what brings us the greatest accomplishments. Always trying to \u201cbalance the plates\u201d by being true to myself and cultivating the best in life, which for me is to find quality time to be with family, friends and with people that make us feel better, besides the fulfillment of a rewarding professional life.<\/p>\n

We are all acrobats and, being so, I can say that until today I managed to find this balance, more skilled in some days than in others\u2026 but had fun and got so many learnings by exchanging ideas with people who face the same problems and found a different way to go through it.<\/p>\n

So let\u2019s exchange experiences over here and also have fun together, as at the end, life is short to be taken too seriously.<\/p>\n
